Deliveries across the UK typically take between 2 to 8 working days depending on the panel brand and shipping method selected. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a direct tracking number to monitor your shipment online.
Key Detail: Inspect packaging upon arrival. If immediate inspection isn’t possible, note “Not Inspected” on the courier delivery note. You have 72 hours from delivery to report any transit damage before installation begins.
What is your return policy if I order too many panels or change my mind?
We offer a 28-day return policy for online orders delivered to your home and 14 days for Click & Collect orders. Items must be unused, unopened, in their original protective packaging (with surface film intact), and in resalable condition.
Important Terms:
● Returns are sent to our Glasgow warehouse (12 Hanson Street, Glasgow, G31 2JW) at the customer’s expense.
● Bespoke/tailor-made panels and individual samples cannot be returned.
● Package deals must be returned in full.
● Multipanel items incur a 20% restocking fee.
How should I store and handle wet wall panels before installation?
All wet wall panels must be stored completely flat on the floor in a dry, room-temperature environment prior to fitting.
Why it matters: Storing panels upright against walls or in damp conditions causes them to bow or sag, preventing tongue-and-groove (T&G) joints from slotting together properly during installation. Always allow for standard manufacturing depth/width tolerances as outlined in our terms.
What happens if I am not home to receive my panel delivery?
Couriers require suitable access and a signature upon arrival. If a delivery fails due to incorrect address information or lack of access, a re-delivery charge will apply.
Pro Tip: Ensure your delivery address, mobile phone number, and access notes are accurate at checkout so the courier can contact you prior to arrival.
